Make your guest’s stay even easier with smart technology. The GuestCompass web app offers the guest the following smart features:

Blackout

Operate blinds and curtains directly from the GuestCompass: open, close, up, down.

Climate (HVAC)

Room temperature can be set by the guest even before they get to the room.

Lighting

Pre-programmed buttons with scenes that occur during a hotel stay; getting up, reading, watching TV, going to bed.

DND / Cleaning

Set the Do Not Disturb function on the lock or request cleaning.

Online check-in / Keyless entry

Prevent unnecessary administrative work at reception and allow keyless access to the hotel and room.

GuestCompass works with scenes, so that the blackout and lighting plan in the hotel rooms are fully coordinated. This is tailor-made for each hotel and works on the basis of KNX.

Of course, the guest can always operate everything without a telephone, i.e. with the buttons in the room.

The perfect climate

Each guest has their own preference. The perfect climate therefore does not exist. From within GuestCompass a guest can adjust the temperature in the room in advance and adjust it at any time during their stay.

Light determines the atmosphere

GuestCompass works with scenes, so that the lighting plan and the blackout are fully coordinated with each other. This is tailor-made for each hotel and works on the basis of KNX.

Use light for the ideal atmosphere in the room. Allow the lights to turn on slowly as you enter, combining them with the outside natural light to create the ideal intensity.

Do Not Disturb / Cleaning

Guests can set up the Do Not Disturb-function on the lock via their mobile phone, or even request cleaning. They can also activate the cleaning option if the guest is outside the hotel.

 

Online check-in / Keyless entry

Relieve the pressure at reception and give guests direct access to the room and hotel via their mobile phone.

By means of online check-in you avoid unnecessary administrative actions and transactions at the reception desk. In addition, guests can gain keyless access to the hotel and their room.
