Nurture your guest relationship

For hotels

A memorable hotel stay consists of more than four walls and a bed. Personal attention and contact really take the guest experience to a higher level.

GuestCompass is the communication platform between you and your guests, and thus the portal to a warmer and more exclusive guest relationship. And thanks to our fully integrated keyless entry feature, you save time, money and manpower.

Connect at a deeper level

Reconnect with your guests through our digital communication platform. Make online personal by sharing your story and of course provide information about the hotel, room, surroundings, promotions, activities and offers. Thanks to GuestCompass, you are always close by.

Mobile entry

Access the room without a physical key: keyless entry allows guests to enter using only their phone. That's it. Easy, fast and convenient - for them, but also for you. Checking in and out? Thanks to automated key issuance and collection, that's no longer an issue.

Seamless user experience

Most hotels use a lot of different software: for orders, reservations, inquiries and requests. With GuestCompass you bring all these channels together so that the guest has a consistent user experience. Switching software partners? All is adjusted in no time at all.

Build your brand

GuestCompass designs the app entirely in your corporate identity. Colors, fonts, languages and tone of voice: you are in control. This way, your brand becomes leading in the customer journey again, instead of being hidden behind an intermediary. Result: direct contact, increased sales, direct bookings.

What people say about us

Specific layout preferences I had were seamlessly implemented. This way, you truly have your 'own app' as a hotel, without guests needing to download a physical app.

Juliette Hilders - Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim
Marketing and Communications Manager

Thanks to GuestCompass, our contracting parties now manage access for their technicians to the technical spaces themselves. There is always access, and no more keys are lost. This saves a lot of time and money and provides tremendous convenience!

Jeroen Rous - Lieven de Key, Amsterdam
Program Manager Innovation

Shifting from physical keys, tags or tokens to mobile phone access is a significant undertaking. GuestCompass supported us at every step, understanding it is not just about technology but also about people.

We tailor the app to your organization based on your input and choices. Afterwards, you can easily modify all the information and content yourself. And no, you don't need to be a programmer for that; anyone can handle it. It's a breeze. Of course, we'll be close by for support.

Learned in seconds

GuestCompass works without a complicated navigation menu. The large, clear buttons make the (web) app easy to use for your guests from the very first time.

Continuous support

Just not clear how to adjust that one text box, or why today's message doesn't show the right picture? An email or call and we'll help you out.
