Depending on the hotel, the guest and the time of the week, we look at what is the best composition for you. Your GuestCompass changes automatically. We make the GuestCompass through our own modules and integration with external software partners. The different modules and integrations focus on: Guest experience, Feedback, Cross-sell & Efficiency.

Timers

Feedbackmodule

Under the motto: “Are you happy tell the world, is there a problem tell us so we can help.” We invite the very satisfied guest to leave a review on TripAdvisor. This way you will receive 1 or 2 extra reviews per day. If you are not a fan of TripAdvisor then just turn it off.

Closer to the guest online. For example, use WhatsApp. It’s Ideal for chatting with the guest directly via the reception computers and hotel phone. Also Instant Messenger or external chat software is also possible.

Wake up call

Through the wake-up call module, the guest can indicate what time they want to be woken up. It is not an alarm clock but an email request that arrives at the reception. If you do not use a wake-up call list, the module can of course be switched off.

For writing text and editing existing text. It works as a simple text editor so that everyone can use it, but it also contains advanced functions to e.g. to place clickable links in texts or to place photos in the text block. You can enter your own text for each language.

Photos are important to keep the web app visually beautiful or to explain something. We are starting a new web app with our stock photos that we will replace as much as possible with your own photos.

Later you will have access to add and keep track of these yourself. 

We recommend personal and practical photos. We are happy to give more tips about this.

In collaboration with Buienradar, we provide a forecast for the next three hours. A weekly overview is also available. The rain radar is also visible here, nowadays almost indispensable. It is possible to activate this page especially on a tablet or screen in the lobby.

Different Languages

When the guest uses your GuestCompass, it automatically starts in the language of the operating system of the guest’s telephone. So a German guest gets the German language and English an English. If a language is not offered, English will start.

Through central pages we offer local information for all our members. You can offer specific restaurants, cafes, museums, swimming pools or other general matters directly via our platform. If there is something not there from your area, we will just add it.
