All GuestCompass customers have a feedback module, unless you don’t want it yourself. Our module is easily accessible to fill in, so you will receive many reviews while the guest is still with you. In this way, complaints from dissatisfied guests / visitors are resolved before the guest / visitor has left. That makes him happy! We can forward the happy guests / visitors to an external review party such as e.g. Tripadvisor or Google. Where you then get more positive reviews and rise in the ranking.
